Customer Service Administrator
This role offers excellent prospects for a driven professional to further enhance their negotiation and communication skills whilst supporting the FM Operations team with all activities relating to the general administration duties and requirements.
Reporting to the National Recoveries Manager your key responsibilities will include:
Accurate data entry and system management providing stakeholders with timely and thorough reports
Preparation of notifications, quotes and invoice request documents for recoverables
Effectively communicate with landlords to drive successful quotations
Proactively assist in reviewing/resolving recoverables differences i.e. 3rd party damage incurred costs
Liaise with multiple departments and stakeholders – City operations, finance departments, contractors in respect recoverables rights and obligations
Support the City management team with ad hoc requests
To be considered for this role you will have / be:
Cert III / IV in Business – Highly regarded
Strong IT skills in Database and systems management
Intermediate/Advanced Excel & MS Office – Essential
Demonstrate superior organisational skills and ability to manage a range of tasks
Technical administration skills – Preferred
