About You:

• Have a minimum of 1-2 years in a management role in retail.
• Do you have the ability to confidently lead, motivate and engage with your team?
• Proven experience in training and coaching team members.
• A history of exceeding set goals and KPIs and driving budgets and targets

• Ability to complete operational tasks such as scheduling, budgets, VM and stock management. We are looking for Brand Ambassadors who share the same values and can share the brand culture with fellow team members and customers.
• Have experience in Customer Service and are passionate about delivering an in-store experience to our customers.
• Are driven to exceed company-set budgets and KPIs.
• Have an interest in fashion and retail.
